Pipeline by Impact Stage

This feature is only available with the Priority Engine for Salesforce.com widget installed. Once enabled, you'll be able to connect the expected revenue from each stage of your pipeline to the active or exported accounts in Priority Engine.

pipeline-impact-by-stage6.png
This section includes both open opportunities and closed/won opportunities by the following conventions:

  • Open Opportunities
    • Modified within the last 90 days.
    • Must match an active account within Priority Engine.
    • Must have been impacted by a content marketing email, an ad impression or exported from Priority Engine.
  • Close/Won Opportunities
    • Includes all closed/won opportunities since the beginning of your current subscription.
    • Must be marked as closed/won after the account was designated as active in Priority Engine.
    • Must have been impacted by a content marketing email, an ad impression or exported from Priority Engine.

Stage

The stages of your pipeline are directly imported from your Salesforce.com instance. Each stage can be dropped down for further detail on the following categories:

  • Opportunity Name
  • Account Name
  • Opportunity Owner
  • Expected revenue - see below

pipeline-impact-by-stage-expanded7.png

Close Probability

The probability of closing an account at each stage is directly imported from your Salesforce.com instance. These percentages are used to calculate the expected revenue for each account at each stage.

# of PE Influenced Opportunities

The number shown at each stage represents the total unique accounts you can export from Priority Engine that are correlated with your Salesforce.com opportunities. Opening the drop down at each stage will reveal every unique account overlapped by your Salesforce.com opportunities and Priority Engine.

Expected Revenue

Each opportunity section is prioritized by revenue potential from largest to smallest. Expected revenue is first calculated at the individual level using the following formula:

  • (Stage close probability) x (Salesforce.com Revenue) = Expected Revenue

Account expected revenue values are summed at each stage to provide the stage expected revenue as follows:

  • ∑Expected Revenues at each Stage = Stage Expected Revenue

The stage expected revenue is then summed to provide the total Projected Revenue seen in the Summary KPI's section:

  • ∑Stage Expected Revenues = Total Projected Revenue

Allow Pipeline Data Sync Toggle

This allows you to disable opportunity syncing at any time. Once disabled, all opportunity data retained in Priority Engine will be removed within 24 hours. Toggling syncing back on after the 24 hour period will re-activate the 7-day synching process. Learn more here.
