Create a Segmented Email List by Industry

Priority Engine gives you the ability to create prioritized Account Lists by industry. Using the Industry Filter from the Common Filters section of the Create a New Account List page, you can create customized Account Lists by specific industry categories.

  1. Create a new Account List, name it, and write a description for additional context.
  2. Click the Industry box, located under Common Filters, and type in the industry you are looking for. A pop-up box will open when you do this. 
  3. Select the industries you wish to target by clicking on each industry. A check will appear next to the selected industries. You can select all the related industries.
  4. Click the Apply Selections button to save your selected industries.
  5. Click Save Account List at the top of the page.
  6. Assign access to this list from the Manage Account Lists page or set up exports from the Manage Exports page.

Create a Segmented Email List by Company Size

Depending on your sales territories and product tiers, you may want to segment Account Lists based on company size. Using employee size segmentation from the Common Filters section, you can create customized Account Lists by any range of company size.

  1. Create a new Account List, name it, and write a description for additional context.
  2. In the Employees box, located under the Common Filters section, enter a minimum, maximum, or range of employee sizes to target your desired company type. In this example, we selected a minimum of 1000 employees to capture all companies larger than that.
  3. Click Save Account List at the top of the page.
  4. Assign access to this list from the Manage Account Lists page or set up exports from the Manage Exports page.
