FAQs
Will I need to make any changes to receive the new field values and will my integration break if I don't?
No, the integration won't break. Leads will always be synced into the database of your Marketing automation system. But if you route, segment, qualify or score your leads based on these key fields, then it might be necessary to add these new pick list values to your system to ensure that logic keeps working. Please see the table above to find the new values.
If you use Marketo, Eloqua or Salesforce, you must also set a rule to allow the overwriting of fields.
